To cut the long story short, these 'insider' have few levels. U u can 'control' those in level 2, or even level 1, then the rest is history. Anyway, sebab belum bukak lagi, takguna juga aku cerita panjang lebar. Dah bukak, no problem, kita TT..

But u have to understand, the amount for 'fast-lane'itself sometimes may succeed the actual capital needed by the Petronas.U know why kan..as for the tender, I got it form insider..kalau tunggu, until I reach 50 pun belum tentu boleh bukak.

Adzimi, bila Petronas/Shell/Esso semua ni nak bukak new station, they will advertise in major newspaper & website.But, prior to this, dah ramai yg beratur. That's why 'fast-lane' capital tu a good option. A very, very good option indeed.  |

hmm, aku suka petrol station yg tepi dia ada fast food yg drive tru.or tepi ada carwash. masa weekend ko boleh letak nasi lemak sementara org tunggu keta siap, he2. aku ni fikir makan aje tak kira la bisnes apa kau nak bukak he2

brg2 kat sana kira reasonable la, takde la mahal2 mcm yg dijual kat outdoor, corezone, tp heran takde sapa buat masuk brg diaorg, mungkin diaorg kawal utk pasaran local shj

Aku pun samalah skrg ni, sejak kawin + anak ni, jaranglah sangat2 nak lepak ngan member tak kiralah kat mamak ke kat memana. Family is the key word, kalau lepak2 pun ngan sedara2. Yes i agree, jom organize satu time Euro ni, reunion + TT session.

Nanti bila kau dah bukak satu plus your restaurant, bolehler kita support queue isi minyak + makan. Maybe kalau tak keberatan boleh tumpang kongsi ilmu over a teh tarik session |

50k kalau bersih, that would be very good already in terms of ROI too. Kau nampak tender2 Petronas ni kat ne? Yg biasa aku nampak advertised is Shell, 2 kali dah aku nampak, they have higher requirements.

Faizie, memang aku pun dah lama usha2 petrol station ni dari jauh, but thinking of the starting capital yg tak larat tu for now. Lagi2 kalau nak 'fast lane'. We just opened a boutique several mths ago, so tgk how that one fares first for now

Selalunya yg menjadi are those fast food type of counters, sebab org gi petrol station ni selalunya nak cepat2.

Err, i seriously doubt people want to go fine dining beside a petrol station muahahaha. Tengah2 makan, tengok luar cermin tgk ada lori tangki park sebijik sebab nak isi minyak, aiseyy terus tak jadi romantik.

ingat jual2 yg dlm petrol stesen tu lagi besar dari jual minyak tu ke?? faizie apa kata kau buka stesen minyak tu lps tu kau buka satu fine dining kat sebelah dia hahhaha, alaaa cam mcd dan kfc buka kat petronas tu, ok apa

Yes, keuntungannya based on volume yg masuk.Per litre untung ciput aje..  petronas dkt blakang itm shah alam/depan unisel ni monthly bersih 50K.tu average aje.. |

Pesa, area dkt dgn Guthrie hway tu mmg dah lama target, tapi petronas belum bukak tender lagi.Aku tgh menender area Shah Alam(only few spots left).Kalau ada tanah sendiri, lagi senang coz kau propose aje, petronas bagi green light terus set up.
