Beli tanah tak semudah dibayangkan. Aku beli lot bungalow kat Sg Merab, tp bila nak buat rumah, nak duit lg unless beli tanah cash & boleh cagar bank utk loan buat rumah.
Aku setuju kalau buat sendiri cost flexible, tp u may end up having a house age 40!

aku setuju beli rumah dah/baru siap. rumah tengah bina banyak risiko, unless you consider renting it too.

yang penting bila beli rumah, kena fikir adakah rumah ni sellable nanti, will it appeal to other people like it appealed to us. Appeal factor based on location, amenities, neighbourhood. Contoh bandar puteri puchong harga in 2006:370k, in 2009 dah 450k.

Since you're using nusaputra as your benchmark, nearby towns to look for which r interesting, seksyen 27 s.alam (a few interesting proj there, affordable pricing 4 premium homes), putra heights, K.K. Puchongpun byk proj, cuma personally aku tak suka puchong

Bandar Kinrara is a nice matured township in my opinion. And good access too, ada LDP, dkt ngan Old Klang Rd, tembus to NPE, Kesas. It is leasehold. Pricing wise a bit on the higher side i think depending on what you're looking for.

The question is very subjective. Diff ppl hv diff opinions on where is the best place. I personally chose Bkt Rimau coz it was close to K Kemuning where i first lived. & i chose KK coz its affordable & within close distance toSubang where my family is frm

ask adzimi, dia master property. anyway tengok ur criteria. nak dekat dengan any office/hospital? suburb or nearest to KL? I personally love Bandar Kinrara/Taman Desa. Adzimi's Bukit Rimau is very nice.Setiawangsa/Ampang very convenient.
