Syahiid; word of advice..if nak buat loan kereta, go for the minimum tenure..5 years if u can..tak pun max 7 years..9 years too long my friend..with the value depreciation, kau rugi besar nanti..especially bila nak trade-in ..

faizie, aku mmg suka MPV rather than car. klu family kecik pun ttp selesa naik. 
tapi aku rasa aku lum mampu lagi nak pakai i livina ni, dah kira2, dgn DP 10%, for 9 years tenure, installment still jejak 900. gulp..!   |

this is my personal opinion sbb aku tak ambik kos qs, cuma kerja qs jer. qs ni leh g byk cabang - qs itself, contract administrator, cost engineer, cost controller.
