sahak... bulleyes! Not only TM... byk organization apply the same thing. TM is one good exmples. Tgh nuture our batch kat TM, so that when they become GM and manager, we can harvest.. kekeke. Good business in telco... lots of opportunity.

engineers and managers.. i sees them as support team. Sales dept.. is the most important. They feed your company. So, harris.. ask your boss to give u opportuniy to do sales. With your skills.. i believe u may climb higher. Cheers! |

sometimes company owners or bosses need more than office contribution and leader ship skill to justify any increment or reward, As for my personel opinion, i would reward most my sales guys than my engineer. He bring sales, in this context...
