harga barang utk construction skrg tgh x stabil..kalau dulu 1 beg simen RM 10.95 tp skrg rm14 pun x tau blh dpt tak..re-bar 1 ton dulu rm1895 tp skrd cecah rm2400..dua2 brg tu major utk construction (lain la kalau nak buat rumah papan)..

Kau kerja kat mana? Apa nama firm kau? Rumah mana kau work on kat Sg Merab? Lot aku tu, plannya aku nak buat taman lalang, atau hutan simpan buat sementara ni.

Good to know u. Anyway, can sb tell me, in Malaysia can we save some money if we pay the mortgage fortnightly instead of monthly basis. The financial theory say yes, but my expr. with local bank is different.

Status malay reserved ni sebenarnya boleh ubah. Zoo adalah malay reserve, tp still boleh convert bukan? Walaupun total area malay reserve tetap, tp lokasinya akan berubah semakin jauh ke luar bandar. End of the story, everybody know...

So katakan lah i'm interested in building a bungalow for 4k sq ft, at medium quality, that would be 600k for the building itself, plus 7% for architect fees? So total around 650K? Working backward means, kalau aku cakap nak 4Ksq ft tapi budget 300K bley?

Fadzliana, my cousin is an architect, he told me kalau bungalow building cost estimate is 150/sq ft for medium range, 200/sq ft and above for good quality range. Betul ke ni?

architectural fee for bungalow less then 200k is 7.5% if more 7% .. biasanya.. costing .. depends on what u want .. designers can work backwards based on the figure yang client bagi ..

Tapi location is fantastic lah, sebab in the middle of subang, and Subang is very developed now. So imagine the buyers beli when Subang was nothing then, 30 years ago, so harapan masih ada lah, cuma be prepared to wait really long  .
