Menarik gak idea pasal property talk. I've been following the property market for the past 1 2 years, memang dah jadi hobi jugaklah. One of our (me + wife) fav past time on weekends is actually to view showhouses and check out new projects.

Anyway, I&P will launch their Alam Sari project in Bangi this Sat. Abt 90 unit terrace house from RM233k (bumi price) freehold. It's a 15 year project with 480 acres area (if not mistaken). I guess it could be quite good area...

I agree abt property talk. I guess all of us would buy at least a house for their own, sooner or later. We could share abt their tips & tricks with banks/developer etc. If possible I hope we could buy the "neighbourhood" also.
