Aku punya browser pun dah tak nampak pirahna bites ni. Kalau guna laptop kadang2 nampak dia kat bawah, bila pakai desktop kat rumah, nampak dia kat atas, hehe.

tadi aku on intra@TM.. bila aku disconnect, refresh, mmg tak keluar piranha's bites nih.. iskkk, kena connect balik intra@TM.. iskkk... malas tul nak pikir apa masalah nyer...

Our asset management is end to end system starting with procurement until disposal. The main hurdle is the users as they see this as 'penutup periuk nasi'

CMMS cater maintenance as early as construction stage. Then they just continue with maintenance of building. The system was support green policy for building which I believe our minister is working upon.

Don't know what CMMS is, tp i knowthere's a program yg manage during/after cons. inc. maintenance. Maybe this it's time to pick a pilot project.
Biggest prob. is 2 convince concern ppl esp. politician 2 make changes without under carpet money...

adzimi, our CMMS can cater phase of construction lagi. The REAL maintenance starts before construction lagi, not after everything is finish.

- Overall damage was estimated at RM35mil
- Stadium construction cost RM 270 million..
Surprisingly, if u used the money (300m) not for roofing, u may have new stadium by now!

But I'm wondering how come this figure go up to 300m?
I'm not good in cost estimation, but it sound 300m for stadium roofing is excessive!
Anybody has info how much other similar stadium cost?
