For a start, the people up there could make a decent car affordable, not one which doesnt even meet basic safety standards. Not one which you have to work years to pay off, only to have to buy another one after you finish repaying it.

14K, at least its achievable kalau simpan gaji setahun. Ni kat mesia, ko simpan gaji setahun tak belanja apa pun, belum tentu boleh nak beli Iswara at 27K. But yeah, someone will be reminding me, kita tak boleh compare dgn negara2 maju. Why not?

Hafiz is right, we've been blinded and cheated in malaysia to be satisfied with substandard quality. I remember when i was studying dulu, tengok BMW Z3, selling for around 14K pounds. And i tot, hey, that sounds affordable.

I wouldnt mind spending 100k to get proton with audi quality for that sake!. Labour is a least factor, coz in automotive industry, they make cars by automation. Bukan buat ferrari.. hand made.  |

We have been blinded from the outside world. I agreed what harris said. But what do u feel when u buy a Waja at 60k and with that also same price u can get new audi A6 in china? Dont u feel cheated? Not because of brand, but QUALITY.

I agree, sometimes, proton nie, RPICING doesn't reflect quality. but at RM 27k, iswara is still a bargain. family who earn 1k - 1.5k will be very happy. but as percapita income increase, so does taste / choices.

kita tak patut rest on past glory or NATIONAL PRIDE. Aku rasa, agenda PROTON, dtg dari POLITICIANS, i.e. PROVIDE A NATIONAL CAR FOR THE MASS MARKET. Kita discuss nie dari view GROUP WHO MAKES 40k - 100k per annum. How about view of a lesser income grp? =t

tp sapa2 yg berminat dgn camera ni, korang boleh beli compact dulu, sbb sekarang punya compact pun ok, cuba tgk canon powershot ataupun opympus 550sp ok, siap kalau nak pakai extrenal flash pun boleh

Always point 2 the top management coz they r the one who make the policy. Proton is sucks coz the management is sucks. Not d engineer, nor designer, nor vendor. Budget also not an issue, bcoz malaysian r patriotic enough 2 buy m'sian car which money worth

Wuihh... proton mmg sucks. I think not to their R& D, what i heard, the designer already propose the best quality and design, but the management veto for cheap material. The management is crap. Dunno their long term goal.

Sampai abang aku cakap, (abg aku kerja subsidiary toyota), you shld expect the same quality on PERODUA as in TOYOTA.. (tech lain ler) ... either my BROTHER is Exaggerating, or it is damn close. Market force = PERODUA superior than PROTON (2nd hand market)

PERODUA is BETTER due to their affiliation with DAIHATSU n TOYOTA. Dari source aku, PRODUCTION line perodua = toyota. So vendor pun sama. In this case, VENDOR toyota, i.e. Perodua is far better, and their quality control, are scrutinised throughly.

DSLR..expensive hobby hehe. And also requires a lot of patience too. Aku pernah outing ngan geng2 kaki foto ni, berjam2 tunggu, yelah, coz they are waiting for the right moment for the right shot.

Kenapa Perodua nyer reputation is not as bad as Proton. Why you dont you hear the same complains? Aku sendiri tak pakai Perodua, tapi dari kawan2 yg pakai, they say Perodua quality is acceptable. MyVi nampak cam best.

Cousin aku keje proton, dia confirmkan yg G2 Sedan below 50k. That practically kills of Gen2.
