Cuma kene bayar tol je lah everytime keluar masuk. But then again, if you can afford houses there, you shouldnt be complaining about tolls .

My opinion is that bukit jelutong is a bit overpriced. Tapi cantik2 lah rumah dia. If you're considering bkt jelutong, why not just move 10 mins away to setia ecopark? Excellent landscaping, reputation and facilities. I just love that place.

Faizie, dah aku dah tgk amverton park. Nice houses, and exclusive. But if i recall, the houses are about 2mill plus ranges, so memang bye bye ler. Tapi belakang amverton park tu jln kebun ler, so much difference in price when its just a stone throw away

Another suggestion is with that budget, maybe you want to check out the bungalows yg dekat econsave tu. They are going for about that range. But again, its malay reserve land. If you're buying to stay forever, then its a worthy buy.

Faizie, kalau ada budget gitu, tak berbaloi la area aku nih . Kalau area aku, maybe kau leh beli tanah lot, then buat satu ikut citarasa kau.. lagi puas. Takpun beli kat area Shah Alam Seksyen 7 tu... Alangkah sonoknya kalau ada budget gitu

mix. Kalau terlalu inclined to one race, development tends to be a bit more slower. FYI, kwsn ni bawah jajahan ADUN PAS, and ahli parlimen PKR .

Faizie, yes KK is predominantly chinese, but i think its a good racial mix lah, takdelah kata terlalu berat sebelah. Its kind of like Subang nyer racial mix. Anyway, from an investment point of view, its alwaysgood to buy in an area with good multiracial

290k ni, malay reserve + double storey bungalow, tp rumah tu nampak tade le besar sgt. Harap tanah je luas. Kalau ikut luas tanah rumah aku, 46x74 kot. Aku pun rasa ada problem kat developer.. Tp bila survey area kampung nih, mmg mostly projects lambat CF
