Nanti x dak stimulation, after few weeks susu kering, pas tu pump simpan aje/jual 2nd hand ..Oxytocin yg keluar tu not only stimulates milk production, but cause uterine contraction. That's why masa bfeed boleh rasa nyut nyut sikit kat uterus. |

Matyie, a very good investment on Madela pump.Tak terbeli aku. Aku belikan wife aku Avent ISIS Manual aje. Pokoknya kenaada supply & demand. Biar oxytocin keluar thru nipple stimulation.Kalau pakai pump gempak tapi tak bagi enough feeding pun tak guna. |

2)Urine shall be clear, odorless. 3) Skin are not dry 4) Berak at least 4-5 times/24 hour 5) Urinates at least 6-7 tmes/24 hours. These all true within the confinement period. Once baby >1month, all the frequency of berak&urinates kurang la sikit..

It's normal kalau org kampung 'mengata' yg baby kau asyik nak berkepit/main2 nenen mak dia..IGNORE IT. As a parents, u know what is the best for your newborn. Few tips on how to know yr baby is well fed or not. 1) stool color shall be yellowish-mustard.

Bunyinya mmg letih, every 2 hours..but it worth the effort. Furthermore, it's the normal physiological demand for the newborn..until he reaches the age of 4 weeks, then the feeding frequency maybe extended ..to a certain extend..

same as those use in phototherapy in NICU. Dah lak tak effective, silap2 bleh jadi retinal damage plak nanti. So again, pls throw away this myth far far away..The treatment for b/milk jaundice is FREQUENT FEEDING. Feed ON DEMAND..or at least every 2hours.

And up to 50% of babies will have jaundice starting day4-5 of life..it's a PHYSIOLOGICAL/BREASTMILK jaundice. No worries. Unless the jaundice prolong >2 weeks of jaundice below umbilicus, then u should bring him to Paeds for bilirubin readings.

It's a normal for baby weight to reduce abt 10-15% of his birthweight within the 1st week of life. Thereafter, after 2weeks old, he shall gain the birth weight. Lepas tu, formulanya approx 125g/week, ie 0.5kg/month.

Mat Yie, kalau dah beli takpe la. aku suggest ko cari yg betul2 functional. Yg aku beli tak practical,buat abes boreh je beli. I guess tu je kot aku bley kasi tips sbb aku blom tau mcm mana nak handle 2 babies at one time best of luck bro!! |

My wife dah beli dah elec. pump tu. At 1st I disagree (have to agree later), but how if both babies cry at same time (i.e normally what happen). Can you imagine how to breast feed both @ same time? So, no choice for me.  |

pasal pump tu, thats your own choice. aku ada beli tapi tak pakai pun. The sucking was too severe + susu tak keluar pun. So do a research and maybe prepare to spend some money  |

if you want your wife to be bf exclusively bf, u have to full suport her. as simple as u buy her a good breast pump like medela breast pump series. it's worth that u spend that much for the best pump in this world.

http://wife aku CUMA dapat bf exclusively, up to 4 months ++ jer but till now, she still bf + campur susu dutch lady jer (murah n mmg betul2 berkhasiat). susu formula cuma bg dalam 12oz jer compared to bf, up to 20oz per day. alhamdulillah.
