inflation should remain the same or drop slightly. When i talk about opportunities, i see opps in stocks + properties in a few mths down. Trust me, cash is still king when making 'take it or leave it' transactions.

Harris, the value of our money will be affected when trading outside the country. Within the country, unless inflation significantly goes higher, it will remain the same. Assuming oil price will drop by next month and govt continue current measures,

Harris, true, US is heading towards a meltdown, and probably so are we. But i'd see it also as an opportunity to make money. Save your cash now and be ready to spend when all of it starts falling.

although BNM said this will not affect malaysia (which is half correct), we should always be on the cautious side. Depanding on our economic growth, we might see a review on the INTEREST RATES structure.. so, a new PM is big, but this is equally big.

So guys, the main economy in which, almost all the nations look upon to for directions is facing severe meltdown. My advice is, be very prudent in your spending, and please avoid any unnecessary capital outlay. NO 2nd CAR, no PROPERTY INVESTMENT etc ...

No change of govt yet today. Looks like Amyzaddin will get to keep his job longer (tapi cepat2 prepare CV and pass to Talib!). . On the basis of friendship, i pity Amyzaddin if he has to look for a new job, and in a way i hope he does not have to..
